2. Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA)
Based on data analysis (state assessments, campus benchmarks, attendance, and discipline), our greatest needs include:

Increase reading proficiency in grades 3–5.

Strengthen math problem-solving skills across grade levels.

Improve student attendance and engagement.

Increase family involvement and communication.
3. Schoolwide Reform Strategies
Our campus will implement the following evidence-based strategies:

Reading/ELA: Guided reading groups, literacy intervention programs, and integration of technology.

Math: Hands-on math centers & small group instruction.

Attendance: Incentive programs, parent conferences, and consistent monitoring.

Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Morning meetings, counselor-led lessons, and restorative practices.
